Can I get a quotation during the showroom visit?
Our team may be able to provide a rough estimate if you have sufficient details such as floor plan, photos or measurements. Final pricing may require site measurement and confirmation of product specifications.
How long is a showroom appointment?
Most showroom appointments take around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the number of products and areas you need advice on. During busy periods, each appointment is limited to 60 minutes from the scheduled start time so that we can serve all customers fairly.
Can I view curtains, blinds and mesh together?
Yes. OLENO provides curtains, blinds and Lunea™ mesh systems, so you can discuss how different products may work together for your windows, doors or balcony.
Is the showroom suitable for BTO, resale and condo homeowners?
Yes. Our showroom is suitable for HDB BTO, resale flat, condo, landed and selected commercial enquiries.
Can I book an appointment even if I am not ready to confirm?
Yes. You may visit to understand the available options first. However, if your renovation or move-in date is still far away, it is better to bring your floor plan so we can advise more accurately.
